We are out of network providers, therefore do not accept payment direct from insurance companies.
We provide all the necessary documentation for you to be reimbursed from your insurance company(superbill).
If interested in using your insurance company, we advise our potential clients to:
Call your insurance company to determine if you have out of network benefits
Find out what your deductible is
Ask what your percentage of coverage is
Ask how to submit a superbill for reimbursement(obtaining a fax number is advisable)
We do have the ability to accept credit card, this can help during the delay in obtaining reimbursement. (we do ask to be informed of this ahead of time).
